The Client
In January 2023, we began working with an industry-leading client specialising in business software, who tasked us with streamlining, optimising and enhancing their paid advertising strategy to maximise leads.
They wanted an increase in the number of people booking a demo of their software and were especially keen to focus more on enterprise customers – larger organisations who would require more licenses and, therefore, be more valuable to our clients.

The Project
We began with an in-depth PPC Audit of all of the platforms that were currently being used to advertise. We considered the overall approach along with potential alternatives based on our experience in other sectors and with other clients. As with all of our audits, we found a number of significant recommendations that were then incorporated as part of an ongoing retainer.
We worked closely with the internal marketing team, and over the course of the year, we implemented a robust and well-optimised advertising campaign across Google, Bing, industry comparison sites and all major social media platforms.
This included overhauling their ad copy and targeting, as well as closely monitoring the campaigns to make improvements throughout the year.
